Pathos Projects

We've run several short-term projects, including Pathos Pancakes, Valentine's Day hampers, a cross-fertilised training session and a Christmas games stall. Our key learnings:1) The importance of time management: When working on our team assignments, projects take a back seat due to poor time management. This impacts our motivation levels.2) Motivation: Team members perform better in projects they're interested in.3) The power of networking: After organising and attending a cross-fertilised training session* with students from the Sports Business Entrepreneurship course, we realised that we aren't alone in the challenges we face. We were able to share processes and ideas which benefitted our team.

*a cross-fertilised training session is a collaborative training session between two or more team companies.
